Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to provide products that exceed expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or return is necessary.

 

Refund & Return Eligibility

We accept refunds and returns under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll assess how best to resolve it—whether through a refund or replacement.
  2. Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days so we can arrange a return and send the correct product promptly.
  3. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom woodwork, custom orders are non-refundable unless they arrive with defects or damage that occurred before delivery.

 

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer’s responsibility.
